MONICA & LUKE (GROVE POINT PLANTATION)

Although I am mainly an austin wedding photographer, I have the opportunity to travel out of Austin from time to time. Here is my recent wedding from Savannah, GA. The following is a write-up from the bride, Monica.

I grew up in Savannah, and Grove Point Plantation served as the setting for many important life achievements. There are few places that embody the southern charm and romanticism of Savannah better - surrounded by the salty marshes, Spanish moss and ocean breeze. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue.

We both woke up feeling like the day was a dream. When we saw each other at opposite ends of the wedding aisle, all the emotion of the events that lead up to our wedding day came to a head and began to spill over. There were nearly eight years of falling in love, planning our life together and dreaming of what our future would become. It all lead up to that one moment, surrounded by our closest friends and family. We were so full of love and eager to share it with everyone. The wind whipped in and carried our excitement through the crowd. The dream continued on as the night was filled with laughter, dancing and good food and drink! Our memories will forever be filled with the outpouring of love we felt and we will carry that with us all of our lives. -Monica & Luke.
